Strategic Choices

Level 2/6 - The second layer "Strategic Choices" states fundamental decisions that KAMAX has made to achieve its goals. They can be divided into those that affect KX's current industry and those that affect industries that have not been in focus so far.

Automotive - The particle flow now has new branches leading to the 'New Mobility' and the 'New Markets'.

 

The product range within the core automotive market is being expanded to include vehicle areas not previously served by KAMAX. For example, by expanding the product range to include the chassis area.

New Product Innovation - KAMAX continuously works on developing new product ideas and product enhancements. These are also the result of close cooperation with our customers.

New Markets - KAMAX opens up new markets with similar fields of application. These can be supplied with our existing or new products.

Employee Discussion - Improvement of margins and costs across production and administration ensure future competitiveness of KAMAX.
