KAMAX receives SAP Quality Award

SAP recognizes KAMAX for the rapid and successful implementation of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to better organize customer relationships. The digital platform (Cloud for Customer) will initially be used in sales to map and manage all customer activities and processes worldwide during business initiation. KAMAX also uses another online tool (SAP JAM) to make communication and collaboration between employees easier.

Out of 120 originally proposed projects of various companies, nine were ultimately awarded prizes. The deciding factors were that the implementations brought real benefits and were realized within planning and budget. Due to the short introductory period of only 19 weeks from the first test to commissioning (go-live), KAMAX receives the award in the category Fast Delivery and thus joins the ranks of such renowned companies as BAYER and KUKA. Mario Braun, VP Product Management, and Julija Skapova, Sales Process Manager, accepted the Quality Award in the SAP Arena in Mannheim.
