- Application of daily receipts to customer accounts in SAP
- Process debit/credit memos with correct coding and authorizations
- Call customers to collect on amounts over 60 days
- Process daily customer invoicing
- Process vendor invoices using proper ledger coding and authorizations in SAP
- Resolve vendor invoice issues by working with other departments, if necessary
- Make check deposits using check scanner
- Run month end and weekly Aging Report
- Update sales and management on overdue amounts
- Record and manually invoice all scrap
您的个人资料
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- Must have Microsoft Office skills, including Excel spreadsheets.
- Should have excellent problem resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work overtime, especially during month-end
