This is a hybrid position responsible for coordinating support for assigned customer accounts along with supporting the entire sales organization in marketing and event functions.

1.   Complete contract review and initiate launch process for new parts
2.   Maintain and update price lists for assigned customers
3.   Manage assigned customer portal activity including orders and other communication
4.   Coordinate sales activities between the operations and sales team
5.   Work with the sales teams to identify and coordinate trade show and tech day activities
6.   Work with the sales teams to organize customer events (golf, concerts, football, other)
7.   Work with the sales team to develop and order promotional items

Additional Responsibilities:

1.   Interaction with customers as well as other departments
2.   Backs up order entry, as required
3.   Performs other duties as assigned.

1.   Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or similar is preferred
2.   Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude and ability to build relationships
3.   Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel  & PowerPoint
