• Establish, maintain and create long-term relationships with customers.
• Evaluate, analyze & develop sales strategy for assigned customers to identify new business & new product opportunities for KAMAX.
• Identify & obtain new request for quotes (RFQs) and ensure timely response to assigned customers. Obtain pricing feedback from assigned customers.
• Develop & execute a strategy to increase margin at assigned customers.
• Understand & negotiate steel compensation with assigned customers.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, communicating customer specific requirements within the KAMAX organization to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regular travel to assigned customers and maintain relationships as needed with customer purchasing, engineering, quality & logistics contacts.
• Understanding of basic fastener technical information including materials, heat treat, coatings, applications & torque tension. 
• Summarize & present customer status, strategy, RFQs, new orders & margin management activities on a regular basis.

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering preferred.
• Two or more years Account Management experience or other sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel, both international and domestic, to support customer needs and expectations.
• Ability to think and act independently, self-motivated and require little or no supervision.
• Must be highly organized and flexible to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be proficient in the use of Windows-based computer software, especially Excel and Outlook.
