Tasks

Responsible to support the organization through management and publication of sales data, forecasts, budgets, margin management and reports. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Manage and publish sales forecasts and budgets by collecting & organizing part and vehicle program ramp up and ramp down.  Ensure accuracy of forecasts and budget.  Work with the global team toward implementing live / rolling forecasts. 
  2. Ensure collection of steel surcharges and accurary of SAP pricing related to steel surcharges.
    1. Maintain list of steel surcharge programs and status at each customer / on each part
    2. Ensure pricing is updated on time and follow up as needed
  3. Margin and Portfolio Management (Quad Analysis)
    1. Work with sales staff on portfolio and margin management to support PPIP goals
    2. Identfy low volume and low volume parts for portfolio management
  4. Communicate Monthly Sales Reports
    1. Sales, Sales by Customer, PPIP, new orders, steel collection status

Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field.
  2. Delivery of measurables inside deadlines.
  3. High working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
  4. Experience with SAP preferred but not required.
