Tasks

Responsible to build and grow technical relationships at assigned customers.  Work with customers to support new fastener development on targeted applications and products in addition to other customer support functions. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Establish, maintain, create and grow long term relationships with customers.
  • Identify current & future customer technical requirements.
  • Support and assist customers to find better solutions in the field of fastening technology. 
  • Prepare and create technical presentations

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare technical reports to internal staff and to customers to communicate customer’s needs and developments, new technologies discovered in the market and any other information acquired that is beneficial to the department or organization
  • Support and participate in the marketing of KAMAX by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events, as needed. 
  • Assist with problem resolution at the customer(s) location(s).

 

Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering / science discipline.
  • Must be outgoing with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to think and act independently with high self-motivation and require little supervision.
  • Preferred experience in cold forming or automotive chassis systems.
