Tasks

Responsible for assisting Account Managers with product launch, contract review, processing customer demand, interfacing between customer and plant, maintaining prices and reconciling accounts. ISC will also coordinate the customers’ various requirements with the plant.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  •   Contract Review
  •   Maintaining Prices
  •   Understanding of the manufacturing process for outside processing sourcing and analysis.
  •   Coordinate sales activities with inside and outside representatives.                              
  •   Complete customer surveys.
  •   Create Material Information Requests (MIR)      

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •   Interaction with customers as well as other departments.
  •   Prepare USMCA, Tariff and Surcharge documents as required.
  •   Backs up order entry, as required.
  •   May perform cost analysis, initial and final quote preparation
  •   Responsible to prepare Free Trade Agreement documentation.
  •   Performs other duties as assigned.

Profile

  • Two (2) years of college is preferred, or three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing sales environment, or a combination of both.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a positive attitude and ability to build relationships.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • SAP experience preferred
