Tasks

  • Manage and publish sales forecasts and budgets.
    • Collect input from sales staff to understand parts ramping up & ramping down
    • Manage entry of data into IPOL and reporting out of IPOL
  • Ensure collection of steel surcharges and accuracy of SAP pricing related to steel surcharges
    • Maintain list of steel surcharge programs and status at each customer / on each part
    • Ensure pricing is updated on time and follow up as needed
  • Margin and Portfolio Management (Quad Analysis)
    • Work with sales statff on portfolio and margin management to support PPIP goals
  • Communicate Monthly Sales Reports
    • Sales, Sales by Customer, PPIP, new orders, steel collection status
  • Create or establish contact and relationship with assigned customers
  • Evaluate, analyze & develop sales strategy for assigned customers to identify new business & new product opportunites for KAMAX.
  • Identify & obtain new request for quotes (RFQs) and ensure timely response to assigned customers.
  • Obtain pricing feedback from assigned customers.
  • Interaction with other departments.
  • Back up Inside Sales Coordinators, as required

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field.
  • Delivery of measurables inside deadlines.
  • High working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP preferred but not required.
