'Sustainability' is one of the biggest topics of our time. It is not only about the sustainable use of resources to protect our environment, but also about social issues ranging from equality to corporate governance.

Mr. Sven Schindel, Manager Corporate Strategy & Development - Sustainability, has been in charge of these activities since January 1, 2022, and has taken over the management of the sustainability project.

The project is currently working on defining the most important sustainability topics for our company and other fundamental topics that will form the backbone for all future projects and reports in the area of sustainability (for example, an update of our Sustainability Report published for the first time in 2021).

Due to a reorganization, Sven Schindel and thus all activities related to the topic of 'Sustainability' have been assigned to the Legal & Compliance department (Dr. Dorothee Timmermann) - please take note.
