Sale of KAMAX to Fontana Gruppo Completed

Regulatory authorities approve transaction

Homberg (Ohm), Germany, July 1, 2026 – The sale of the Kamax Group, headquartered in Homberg (Ohm), Germany, to the Italian Fontana Gruppo was officially completed on June 30^th, 2026. Both companies had signed a corresponding agreement on April 10. Approval has now been granted by all relevant authorities.

As a result, the Hessian automotive supplier is now part of a leading global group that generates approximately two billion euros in revenue at a total of 42 production sites with more than 9,000 employees.
