An important aspect of our strategy “Back to the Top” is to expand our business beyond its core and beyond its focus on the automotive industry. One way to reach that goal is through collaborations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Therefore, CS&D and multiple KAMAX employees from different functions currently work very hard to identify suitable companies in which KAMAX can invest or acquire. This will give us a foot in the door in other industries and regions that match our strategy. Much of the effort is not visible, as many interesting companies are assessed, but only a few are a good fit. To execute such a deal is like running a marathon. It requires staying power to finally reach the finish line - but it’s worth it. A good example of such a deal is our collaboration with the ‘Robert Schröder Gruppe’.
