“During the application period for the training year 2017, we offer students an important decision-making aid regarding vocational choices”, states Franziska Spies, human resources advisor of the market leader for fasteners in the automotive industry. “On the day of training, young people and their families have the chance to interact personally with trainers as well as apprentices and they can talk about future perspectives in technical and commercial occupations and dual courses of study at KAMAX.”

Insight into realistic training situation

Visitors of the day of training have the opportunity to talk directly to the technical trainers, Ewald Witt and Dominik Vollpert, as well as to the current apprentices and dual students. Interested pupils are invited to look over the employees’ shoulders and to have realistic training situations demonstrated directly on the machines. As an additional highlight, visitors can obtain information about a variety of dual study courses and commercial occupations.

Currently, more than 40 future employees are trained as industrial mechanics, mechatronics engineer, cutting machine operator, materials tester, IT specialist for system integration and industrial merchants in technical or commercial occupations, as well as dual students.
